Purchase: Expect confirmation of your purchase within 24–48 hours.

Access: Via My Virtual Learning, 24 hours before the start date.

Membership Purchase: Membership is activated on the first day of the month following the start date.

Application Bundle Purchase: If you purchase the application bundle, your promo code will be emailed after the first day of the month following the start date.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registered participants may request to withdraw and receive a full refund if the exam prep has not been started. All requests must be made in writing and submitted to [email protected].

If this exam prep is canceled, you will be notified at least two weeks before the start date. NCMA will automatically transfer your registration to another available session.

01/30/2026: First live instructor-led virtual session
04/24/2026: Last day of instruction
05/31/2026: Last day to complete all REQUIRED assignments and earn 20 CPE
01/31/2027: Access to this course and the self-paced course ends
