Purchase: Expect confirmation of your purchase within 24–48 hours.

Access: Via My Virtual Learning, 24 hours before the start date.

Membership Purchase: Membership is activated on the first day of the month following the start date.

Application Bundle Purchase: If you purchase the application bundle, your promo code will be emailed after the first day of the month following the start date.

CFCM Study Guide 4th Edition (Required Course Material): The study guide is required and is not included in your purchase. Printed copies are available for purchase via NCMA's bookstore. eBooks are also available through Amazon, Google Play, and Google Books. Please note: Membership discounts do not apply to eBooks. eBook availability may vary by region due to international trade agreements or vendor limitations. Users outside the U.S. or needing accessible formats are encourage to purchase electronic versions. To support participants experiencing shipping delays, reading assignments for the first two weeks will be provided free on the website.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registered participants may request to withdraw and receive a full refund if the exam prep has not been started. All requests must be made in writing and submitted to [email protected].

If this exam prep is canceled, you will be notified at least two weeks before the start date. NCMA will automatically transfer your registration to another available date.

01/28/2026: First live instructor-led virtual session

04/22/2026: Last day of instruction

05/31/2026: Last day to complete all REQUIRED assignments and earn 20 CPE

01/31/2027: Access to this course and the self-paced course ends
