NCMA publications—including Contract Management Magazine and the Journal of Contract Management—are read by thousands of professionals each month. We welcome article proposals, case studies, and research-based submissions that provide practical insights and expand the body of knowledge in contract management.

The Editorial Calendar for the 2027 fiscal year (July 2026–July 2027) is currently in development. In the meantime, we encourage you to submit your article proposals below. NCMA will work collaboratively with contributors to determine appropriate placement within Contract Management magazine.

When submitting your proposal:

  • Be specific – Clearly describe your session or article idea. General or vague proposals cannot be considered.
  • Think about the audience – Our members include professionals at every career stage across government, industry, and academia. Consider how your contribution will help them grow.
  • Focus on value – Share practical takeaways, frameworks, or insights attendees can apply in their roles.

Due to the high volume of submissions, you will only be contacted if your idea is selected.
