• Michelle Currier, Chief Learning Officer, NCMA

Ms. Michelle Currier, Outstanding Fellow, CPCM, CFCM, Past National President, serves as the Chief Learning Officer for the National Contract Management Association leading education, training, and innovative practices for the Association. Prior to joining NCMA, she served as Professor of Contract Management at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). Ms. Currier brings a wealth of real-world experience from her 46-year career, having served with distinction as a Contracting Officer, Division Chief, Deputy Director Small Business and Director of Contracts at the Naval Research Laboratory, Military Sealift Command, Small Business Administration, Naval Sea Systems Command, and the Army Contracting Command.

• Susan Gleason, Head of Information Governance, Withers Bergman LLP

Susan is the Head of Information Governance at Withers Bergman LLP, with a unique career journey spanning Autism support, Litigation, and Information Governance—fields connected by a shared goal of creating order from chaos. Previously, she managed technology for the Global Legal and Compliance division of a multinational corporation, transitioning systems to Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams with best practices for governance and automated retention policies. Susan holds a Master’s in Technology Management from Brandeis University and certifications including CRM, CIGO, IGP, and CIP. She is an active member of ARMA and AIIM, serving as an ARMA Chapter Advisor and member of the AIIM Board of Directors.
