Topics covered include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  U.S. government contractors and subcontractors must be ready to comply.  Participants will learn more about the unique risks and requirements of foreign supply chains and leave this training ready to identify and mitigate potential export control risks.

  • Adam Bruski is an attorney at Warner Norcoss + Judd LLP and advises clients on a wide array of government contracting, export controls, and real estate matters. He assists clients with compliance with federal regulations, has represented clients in False Claims Act litigation and bid protest matters, and regularly provides advice regarding the ITAR and EAR export control regulations. Previously, he worked for the Department of Defense and the U.S. State Department.
