Lifetime Achievement Award

This award is presented annually to a nationally renowned and distinguished NCMA member who has made a significant contribution to contract management and NCMA. It recognizes individuals with a remarkable reputation for professionalism and exceptional achievement in contract management. It is NCMA’s highest award.

Penny White is the former SVP of Supply Chain for Boeing Defense, Space & Security, where she led 2,000+ employees and managed $11B in annual procurement.

With 30+ years in aerospace contracting and supply chain, she’s held leadership roles at Boeing, United Space Alliance, and Rockwell International.

Penny holds a B.B.A. from Mercer and a J.D. from Tulane. She’s a past NCMA president, current Board of Advisors member, and serves on the Procurement Round Table. Now retired, she leads PL White Solutions, a consulting firm, and is a certified John Maxwell coach. She lives in Texas and is active in her community.
