Registration FAQs

Purchase: Expect confirmation of your purchase within 24–48 hours.

Access and Materials: Access the course via My Virtual Learning, 24 hours before the first virtual class. Materials and recordings are provided for the exclusive personal use of the registrant and may not be shared or redistributed.

Membership Purchase: Membership is activated the first week of the month following the start of the course.

Application Bundle Purchase: If you purchase the application bundle, your promo code will be emailed after the first day of the month following the start of the course.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registered participants may request to withdraw and receive a full refund if the exam prep has not been started. All requests must be made in writing and submitted to [email protected].

If this session is canceled, you will be notified at least two weeks before the start date. NCMA will automatically transfer your registration to another available session.

08/28/2026: First live instructor-led virtual session from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM ET (All sessions are recorded for on-demand viewing)
11/20/2026: Last day of instruction
12/31/2026: Last day to complete all REQUIRED assignments and earn 20 CPE
08/31/2027: Access to this course and the self-paced course ends
