Course Materials: 

  • The Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK) 7th Edition is required for this course and is not included in your registration fee.
    • This publication is available for purchase in NCMA's bookstore
      • To assist those who may experience shipping delays, the reading assignments for the first two weeks of the course will be available for free on the course website.
    • Please note: Users needing an accessible format of the textbook or living outside of the United States are recommended to purchase electronic versions of the books. eBooks may not be available for purchase in certain regions due to international trade agreements or vendor availability.
    • eBooks: Membership discount is not available for eBooks.

Important Dates: 

  • Course Access Opens: May 6, 2024
  • Course Begins: Monday May 13, 2024
  • Registration Closes: Monday May 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET  
    • Note: Registration is open until the end of the first week.
    • No additional completion time will be given for those who register after May 13, 2024.
  • Instruction Ends: August 11, 2024
  • Course Ends: September 30, 2024

Course Format:  

  • Participants will have weekly required assignments including discussion boards
  • Live instructor lectures will happen once per week. If you cannot attend the live session, you can watch the recordings afterwards to earn credit. 
  • In order to receive maximum benefits of this instructor-led course, students should strive to complete all required assignments by August 11, 2024. 
    • Participants must complete all REQUIRED assignments by September 30, 2024.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • All withdrawal and transfer requests must be made in writing and submitted to [email protected].
  • Registered participants may request to withdraw from the course and receive a full refund if they meet both of the following criteria: 
    1. Participants have completed less than 10% of the course.
    2. The request is made within 14 days (May 27, 2024) of the start of the course. 
  • Transfer requests to a future cohort must be made by the end of the 4th week (June 14, 2024)

Course Credit and Course Page Access:

  • Upon successful completion of the course, students will earn 45 Continuing Professional Education (CPE/CLP) hours.
    • Students can use the CPE/CLP hours earned toward the credits needed to sit for the exam.*
