Live sessions are held weekly on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 - July 14, 2026
Sessions run from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM ET
Designed in response to participant input and key questions emerging from the FAR Overhaul Series, Winning in the New FAR is a strategy-focused training series for acquisition professionals who understand the RFO framework and now need to know how to succeed because of it. This series is a playbook for action, helping acquisition professionals move beyond understanding change to applying it successfully.
Across four sessions, participants will understand how to operate and compete effectively in a faster, more streamlined acquisition landscape and learn how to translate regulatory change into clear, actionable strategies that improve outcomes across planning, evaluation, and performance.
This Series answers critical questions such as:
-
What should you do differently to get selected today?
- How will these changes impact your ability to win - and what can you do about it?
- How can you partner more effectively in a more flexible, judgment-based environment?
Each session emphasizes:
- Real-world application over regulatory theory
- Side-by-side comparisons of what worked before vs. what will work now
- Actionable takeaways that can be applied immediately
Core themes reinforced throughout:
- Compliance alone is no longer enough; positioning wins
- Speed favors prepared vendors
- Clarity beats volume
- Government judgment creates opportunity for industry influence
- The most successful contractors will be those who adapt fastest
