Training Recorded on February 24, 2022.

Description:

Data analysis is a critical component of the contract lifecycle and an often overlooked, but essential skill for contract managers. At the Pre-Award and Award stage, data is used to establish organizational objectives, establish specific supplier assumptions and negotiate contracts. During Post-Award contract administration, data is used to assess the current operational state against organizational/contract objectives. Data has long been used to provide historical information, it’s being used more directly to help predict the future and to create and operate “Smart Contracts.” As a result, data needs to be trusted. In this pre-recorded webinar you will not only learn practical skills that you can use immediately in your organizations, but you will also receive information and pragmatic tools that will make you more confident and successful in using data as part of your contracting process.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to assess the data maturity level of your organization
  • Recognize the critical role of reliable, accurate, relevant, and complete data as we migrate to more data-driven decision-making (DDDM) and “Smart Contracts”
