FAR and DFARS Flowdown Tool

Description: This free to members tool shows the mandatory flowdown provisions and contract clauses found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS). It also includes additional provisions and clauses that are of special interest when subcontracting with helpful comments on the provision or clause. The comments may provide further references to save the user time, or may describe why the provision or clause is of special interest.
