Understanding the cost and pricing implications of Government property is vital to successful proposals and profitable Government contracts and subcontracts. This training covers pricing issues related to both Contractor Acquired Property and Government Furnished Property. Property cost issues related to business system compliance also will be addressed. 
There can be pricing pitfalls when dealing with Government property and the allowability of certain costs. Costs for insurance, profit on acquiring equipment, disposition of certain types of property all present opportunities and perils for proper costing and pricing of contracts. Property cost issues can arise as major factors in business system compliance.
