SubCon: The Prime Contractor-Subcontractor Partnership is a can’t-miss event occurring on March 29 & March 30, 2023 for primes and subs to learn and discuss important issues side by side. Session topics center around the connection points between primes and subs to build powerful relationships.

Immersive deep dive sessions give hands-on practice on essential topics: managing supply chain risk, building strong relationships and making important bid-or no-bid decisions. New to federal procurement? The program includes an overview of the entire federal process and where subcontractors fit in, led by NCMA’s Chief Learning Officer, Michelle Currier.

Other sessions include essential skills related to subcontract pricing, managing cost and compliance, negotiating the CPSR process and working under non-traditional contracting methods like OTAs. The event also includes updates that matter to primes and subs: regulatory changes, inflation impacts, supply chain considerations, etc.
