Ashburn, VA – The National Contract Management Association announced recipients of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Innovation in Contracting Award, Outstanding Fellow Award, Fellow Award, Best Contract Management Magazine Article Award, and the Elmer B. Staats Contracting Professional Excellence Award. These outstanding achievements were honored at World Congress 2021.
