Dear Contract Management Professionals,
As a contract manager, you influence customer and supplier relationships, you control risks and costs, and you contribute significantly to your organization’s success. For the past 50 years, NCMA has been your most comprehensive source of professional knowledge, education, certification programs, and publications. This guide brings together services and products from fields related to all aspects of contract management, and can help you source solutions where you need them most.
The Contract Management Resource Guide is one of the many NCMA tools and resources that will enhance your performance and career. The format remains the same as last year’s guide, renewed and expanded to include more vendors of products and services, more suppliers, and a more comprehensive directory of contract management experts. The Experts Directory has been expanded to include several additional categories this year, including Contract Law, Small Business and Socioeconomic Contracting, Contract Costs and Cost Estimating, Contract Incentives, and many more. The directory is not composed of consultants or contractors advertising their services—it is a list of volunteers who may be able to answer a question, point you in the right direction, or provide professional advice.
In the last issue of the Resource Guide, NCMA pioneered a digital version that contains the full content of the print edition, published to the Web. The success of this first effort demonstrated that our members recognized an added value, and we have continued the digital format with this year’s issue. Fully searchable, always readily available, and linked directly to vendors’ online resources, the digital Resource Guide represents a considerable advance in convenience and usability.
NCMA thanks all of the volunteer experts and participating businesses listed in this year’s issue. We also thank you, our readers, who use this guide and other NCMA products to achieve professional success both individually and in your organizations.
Best regards,

Will Kohudic
